Terms & Conditions (as of January 2011)

I accept cheques or cash for orders only within the UK at this present time.

Pet portrait commissions will only be accepted if accompanied by a 50% non-returnable deposit. For example, an A3 coloured pencil drawing would require an initial payment of £45 before work could be started. The balance is due upon delivery of the completed portrait.

Non-commissioned, original artwork must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.

An anticipated date of completion for a pet portrait commission will be given at the time of ordering. Whilst every effort will be made to meet this, it should not be regarded as an absolute guarantee. When enquiring about a commission please state whether there is a particular deadline that you require the portrait by.

Commissioned portraits are always left unframed. Original artworks may be unframed or framed. Please check the individual page to see which applies to the work/s you are ordering.

I rely on postage, though alternatively you can arrange to pick up the artwork yourself if that is preferred.

Reproduction and publishing rights for all artwork remain with me and images must not be copied, reproduced or published in any form without my written permission. The client agrees that commissioned artworks may be used by me for promotional purposes or displayed on the web.
